Built on the contoured terrains of Karjat, a town near Mumbai; The master plan was worked within a comprehensive framework that integrated the parameters of drainage, percolation, landscaping, sustainability, appropriate technology and service. Usage of materials such as exposed bricks and concrete and other finishes has resulted in a simplistic and raw finish.

Developments were approached and executed in phases. The built areas consist of :Meditation space, Dining – Kitchen, Guru’s residence, Admin block, Residential building (Maitreyi). The Dhyanaskshetram(Meditation space) consists of numerous pavilions provided for meditation. Other than the chamber spaces, Mandapam are being provided for larger gatherings.
